Do you want to eat muffins but are looking for a recipe that will fill you up really well for few calories? We have the recipe you need since a muffin is really HUGE so you can just have one or two. In addition, we only use unprocessed ingredients and even a secret ingredient to add volume ... We say no more, let's move on to the ingredients for the recipe !

Ingredients
- 200gr of shredded zucchini without skin
- 60gr of oats flour or oatmeal
- 40gr of coconut flour
- 3 eggs
- 150gr of Greek yoghurt 0%
- 1 tablespoon of sweetener
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Preparation
1. In a container, put the grated zucchini, flour and Greek yoghurt.
2. Add the 3 eggs and the sweetener then mix.
3. Add the baking powder and cinnamon and mix again.
4. Pour the mixture into a muffin tin (6 large muffins here).
5. Bake for 30min in an oven preheated to 180°C.
6. Let cool for a few hours or even overnight and eat.
7. Enjoy your meal !!
Suggestion
Accompany it with some peanut butter for a better experience.
